Tyrometer is owned and operated by two experienced business women whose mission is to help people believe, commit and achieve their potential and in turn, have them help others do the same. They are dedicated to the principle that people who share their experience with others will come away better prepared to face challenges and realize that often adversity can be turned into opportunity. The company is founded by Anita Baker and Kelly Hemingway. Both have extensive experience working and managing in large Fortune 500 companies.
