In response to our success with StorageCondos for personal storage we developed this same concept for you. Our office/warehouse units typically measure 22 wide by 55 deep with enough space for a reception/office area, warehouse space in the rear, and a roughed-in restroom area for your convenience. Each of our units has an entry door and 2 windows with frontage exposure presenting a professional image for vendors as well as potential customers. Each unit includes 2 parking spots located directly in front of your office door as well as a 4 x 20 electric sign that can be used to advertise your business. The rear of the unit has a 16 wide by 14 high commercial garage door as well as an additional entry door. Our site layout provides for 60 of pavement between buildings for easy access. Each office/warehouse unit has an electrical load center as well as water, sewer and gas. Electrical outlets and lighting are included and additional electrical components can be included at the customers request. |
