I contracted with Rich's service to handle some routine sharpening of several mowers and tools I use to maintain my property. We set up a schedule and they send someone out every month, and I don't even have to think about it. They always call the day before to verify and they give me a time frame for when they will show up. Have not had an issue where they were late.

Matter of fact the guy they sent, noticed a leak in a seal and pointed it out to me.... I had not noticed, and that could have cost me some bucks if oil would have run out while I was using it.
