Born and raised in Santa Cruz County, Don Gerig Jr. Began his real estate career in 1991. He has a passion for Santa Cruz real estate and has an extensive background in residential sales, lending and construction. His father, Don Gerig, Sr. , opened American Dream Realty in Capitola and Scotts Valley in 1987. ADR later moved their Capitola office to Santa Cruz and opened a office in Felton to help serve the San Lorenzo Valley. Don Gerig Jr. Currently manages all three office locations which includes120 Realtors and staff.
